• We collect server channel IDs to ensure Cleverbot functions within the designated channels on your Discord server.
• User messages are temporarily stored from designated channels to provide contextual responses.
• Select conversations may be used anonymously to train and improve our AI model. Once used for training, these messages cannot be deleted as they are stored without keeping track of user ID (anonymously) and integrated into the model itself.
How We Use Your Information
• We use server configuration data to direct Cleverbot's responses to the correct channels.
• Temporarily storing user messages allows Cleverbot to generate relevant and engaging replies.
• Anonymized user conversations help us refine and improve Cleverbot's conversational abilities.
Data Retention
• Temporary context messages and Server configuration data can be erased using designated commands within your Discord server.
• User messages stored for context are deleted after a short period to protect user privacy.
• Messages used for training are permanently integrated into the AI model and cannot be individually deleted upon request from a specific user as they're saved anonymously and we don't save user IDs.
